Professional AUTO TINT FILM APPLICATION TABLE engineering drawings for only $9.00usd

For sale is the detailed drawings ( schematics ) for this professionally engineered Tint / WINDOW FILM application table. The drawings, in PDF format, include a FULL BOM (Bill Of Material) with part numbers for purchased parts. A material list fully detailed and a ballooned general assembly to show how it goes together. You will easily be able to make this or have it made for you with these drawings.

If you cannot weld - To save money you can buy your own material (tubing or electrical conduit) use the drawings and cut each piece to length yourself.  Then label each piece with the appropriate part number according to the drawings and BOM ( masking tape and a marker work great ).  Take your labeled tubes to a fab shop or local welder with the drawings.  They will easily be able to assemble and weld your frame up.  Then bring it home and complete the table yourself by adding the wood, glass and light if you chose that option.  The drawings provide the glass and wood size, the purchased products and each and every tube size and angled cuts very clearly.  YOU WON'T BE DISSAPONTED!  Labor for a welder is approx. $150-$200 depending where you live if you do all the prep work.  Meaning you buy the tubes and pre-cut and label them.  Another option is send the drawings to a store that supplies metal and will cut to length (metal supermarket). You pick up the metal and drop it off to your welder. Ordering metal pre-cut to length is a slight bit more costly but if you do not have the time and or equipment then for the little extra money for the cuts it will be done and done right. Aluminum is another option if you aren't planning on painting or worried about rust with the high volume of water used to apply film.
